Iolani Palace Admission : Iolani Palace Entrance fee varies depending on the tour option you choose. Iolani Palace offers 3 tour and tickets options: Price - Adult - US$27 and Child - US$6 A volunteer docent leads the Guided Tour Visitors learn about the Iolani Palace’s history from its completion in 1882 to the overthrow of the Hawaiian Monarchy in 1893. Guests hear stories about the furnishings and Royal residents as they go through the 1st-floor staterooms and 2nd-floor private quarters. By Car to Iolani Palace : (from Waikiki) - Head west on Ala Moana Blvd for about 2.5 miles - Right turn on Alakea Street - Turn right at the 3rd cross street onto S King St The vehicle entrance to the Iolani Palace Grounds is located off Likelike Mall, on the left of King Street between the Palace and the Hawaii State Library. There is limited metered parking on Iolani Palace grounds and nearby streets. Be aware that street parking near Iolani Palace may be limited, especially during the weekday during work hours. Please read posted signs, especially TOW AWAY information. There is also a private parking garage at Alii Place (1099 Alakea Street).
